AirSox Easy Mount System™ assures that installation and maintenance is made simple and straightforward. The installation cost is often a large poportion of the total cost of a ventilation solution. The common installation methods on the market today, are usually quite complicated and time consuming. When using Easy Mount up to 80% of the installation time can be saved. It is simple and straightforward to mount the fabric ducts on the rail- it takes only 1 person (even for half round ducts). Additionally the inlet spigot can be attached to the steel ducting by using a spring (supplied within the weave). In this way the spigot can be pushed onto the metal inlet from below, after the ducts have been installed on the rail. There is no need for zipper or clamp. To make the system a nice finish we recommend the D-Lux bottom end. This detail at the very end of the duct has a sewn in metal band and connecting cords to keep the bottom of the duct straight & free of wrinkles. We have many orders for this system where the duct is installed for aesthetic reasons as well as performance (i.e. offices, laboratories, sports halls, swimming pools etc).
